Condenser coil is dirty

Clean the condenser coil.

Unit has improper air flow

Make sure the unit has at least 6" of clearance on the back and

that the front vents are not obstructed.

Cabinet Temperature is

Fluctuating

Expansion valve blocked or failed

Contact a licensed service technician.

Temperature controller failed

Contact a licensed service technician.
