Core probe:

By selecting the "CORE PROBE" icon, you can set a temperature from 0 ° C to 99 ° C.

When reaching the set point of the probe, the oven stops and beeps.

To exclude the probe again simply select the "OFF" in the "CORE PROBE" menu.

Engine speed:

settable from 1 to 5.

Through the "SPEED 'ENGINES icon" (Figure 6) it is possible to vary the speed of the motors.

1st speed: 1600g/m

2nd speed: 1900g/m

3rd speed: 2200g/m

4th speed: 2500g/m

5th speed: 2800g/m

Drying:

Checks the opening or total closing of the vent chimney.



Pre-heating:

By setting the function to "ON", the oven gets at a temperature of 30° C higher than the set

temperature so as to equalize the heat loss due to thermal shock suffered by the door opening

for the insertion of trays and grills with food.
