INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PUREFORM GEN. 2 – P15 & P20 ARM MOUNT (AR1)

REQUIRED TOOLS: 9/16" SOCKET/OPEN‐END WRENCH & #2 PHILLIPS‐HEAD SCREWDRIVER

IMPORTANT

MOUNTING: Standard pole size is 4-5" O.D. round poles. Additional shim plates (included) are used

on 5" O.D. round poles. A square pole adapter is included with every luminaire and must be used

with square poles. A Round Pole adapter (RPA - ordered separately) is required for 3-3.9" round

poles. Consult factory for any other pole size.
