INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PUREFORM GEN. 2 – P26/P34 WALL/SURFACE MOUNT (WS)
STEP 5: REINSTALL DOOR
Lift door to closed position and tighten the (2x)
#8‐32 screws to 18 in-lbs. Once fully installed,
energize luminaire to test supply wire
connections.
