Mobile intercom's LED indicator is unlit after the wiring is done.

Check whether the devices are started up normally.

Check the wiring, if the startup is normal.

Failed to enable two-way audio.

Make sure the intercom is successfully connected to the platform.

Make sure the platform's two-way audio is enabled.

The sound quality is poor.

Adjust PC's volume, or press the volume buttons to the ideal state.
