Identifying GPS Software Version of a G1000 with a GIA 63W :

1) With the G1000 in normal mode, use the FMS Knob on the MFD to select the AUX - System Status Page (Figure

3).

2) Note the GPS Software Version.

1) Apply power to turn the unit on.

2) From the Home page, touch the System key to reach the System functions.

3) Touch the System Status key.

4) Note the GPS/WAAS Software Version.
