Basic Operation

Setting the Position in Which to Print

Set the position in which to print in the following procedure.

Open the print cartridge cover.

Move the print cartridge holder to an appropriate position in which to print.

Slide the print cartridge holder to the left or right within the document width.

Use the document size markings (A) inside the imprinter as a guide and align the part (B) of
the print cartridge holder with the position in which you want to print.
If the paper guide is located at the position in which you want to print, refer to
Edge of Documents Wider than A6 Size Documents (page 26)
ATTENTION
When printing close to the document edge, printing may occur outside of the document range so set the
position of the print cartridge carefully.
