AC Schnitzer – Aluminium Pedal Set –
2. Fitting
Remove the standard pedal rubbers from the clutch and
brake pedals.

Place AC Schnitzer aluminium pedals with pedal inserts
(already fitted to AC Schnitzer aluminium pedals when
delivered), align and mark the fixing points through the
existing holes in the AC Schnitzer pedals.
Ensure that the AC Schnitzer logo on the AC Schnitzer
aluminium pedals is aligned horizontally.
For RHD (right-hand drive vehicles) (not automatic)
only the top fixing points are marked.
Remove AC Schnitzer aluminium pedals again.

Drill a 3.5 mm hole at each of the marked points on the
standard pedals.

Place the AC Schnitzer aluminium pedals on the standard
pedals, insert the metric countersunk head bolts Ø
3x16mm supplied in the fixing points, apply the hex nuts
M3 and washers U3 supplied, from behind, and tighten.
When tightening, ensure that the AC Schnitzer logo on the
AC Schnitzer aluminium pedals is aligned horizontally.
