Open the box and take out the treadmill. Lay the treadmill flat on the ground.

Make sure all the screws are tightened then put the treadmill in the pool for

use.

Opening Treadmill:

1. Put the treadmill into the pool

using the wheels to assist the

transfer.

2. Push down on the top of

the folding lever to unlock the

treadmill. It is recommended to

open the treadmill directly in

water in order to avoid being

crushed by the weight of the

device.

Changing Resistance:

To increase the resistance

of the treadmill, tighten the

bolt (see picture) with the

supplied allen key.
