Mains connection

Refer to the notes in "Electrical
connection" and "Warning and
Safety instructions" before
connecting to the electricity supply.
 Plug the connection cable into an
electrical socket.

Functional check

 To do this, switch the fan on.
– In air extraction mode air should not
come out of the air outlet at the front
of the rangehood.
– In recirculation mode the air should
come out of the air outlet at the front
of the rangehood.
If this does not happen, the deflector is
not installed correctly (see "Deflector").
