Installation

Fold each protective sheet at the top.

Remove the protective foil round the

sticking points.

Stick the protective sheet to the ex-

tension piece so that it is smooth at

the sides and flush at the bottom.

DA 216, DA 217, DA 219 only:

A protective cardboard sheet prevents

the chimney piece being scratched dur-

ing fitting.

Remove the foil from the adhesive

strips on the protective sheet.

Attach the protective sheet on the

front of the chimney piece such that

it protrudes slightly beyond the bot-

tom edge.

Fitting the tower

Hold the main shaft gently apart and

fit it over the extension piece.

Then push the shaft downwards ap-

prox. 2 cm into the canopy.

Adjust the shaft.

Remove the protective sheets from

the extension piece and chimney

piece.

Now secure the shaft with 2 screws

3.9 x 7.5 mm.

Cover the heads of the screws with

the caps supplied.
