a Equipotential bonding

The MG 100 motor is designed for

installation inside an external wall.

The external motor is connected to the

cooker hood by means of a control

cable and is operated by the control

panel on the cooker hood.

Please refer to the operating and

installation instructions for the

cooker hood, before installing the

external motor and ducting.

^ Make a hole 280 mm wide x 240 mm

deep through the wall.

^ Extend the size of the hole on the

outside wall side, downwards to

make it 365 mm high and into the

wall to a depth of approx. 150 mm.

^ Use a crosstip screwdriver to remove

the screws from the appliance cover

A and take off the cover.

^ Screw brackets B supplied by the

angled section to the housing frame

from behind (see illustration).

^ Mark the drill hole positions for

brackets B on the brickwork.
