Cleaning and care
Rotary controls
The rotary controls can become
discoloured if they are not cleaned
regularly.
Do not clean the rotary controls in
the dishwasher or with stainless steel
cleaning agent.
Clean the rotary controls using a
solution of warm water and a little
washing-up liquid applied with a soft
sponge.

Cleaning the burners
Do not clean the burner components
in the dishwasher!
Remove all loose components of the
burner and clean only by hand using
a solution of warm water and a little
washing-up liquid applied with a soft
sponge.
Clean all non-removable parts of the
burner with a damp cloth.
Clean the ignition electrode and
thermo-element carefully with a well
wrung-out cloth.
The ignition electrode must not get
wet, otherwise it will not spark.
Finally dry everything thoroughly with
a clean cloth. Make sure that the
flame openings are completely dry.
The surface of the burner cap will
become duller with time. This is
completely normal and does not
indicate material deterioration.
