Changing "National" dial plan to match your country

In this example, and in the applicable attached sample ".ini" configuration file, the dial
plan is set up to determine a "National" number in the UK. If you are located in another
country, you will need to change the National dial plan to match your specific country
code. To do so, you will need to edit the "Inbound VOIP Routing" rule and modify the
"CPID Manipulation" setting to match your country.
