• Use only water or neutral cleaning agent to clean the device.
• Never use caustic or abrasive agents (e.g: vinegar or lime
scale removers), since they may damage the device.
• Do not wash by hot water over 40°C.
• Keep the device away from high temperature area and
avoid direct sunlight.
• Replace the jet tip every 6 months.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
You've just purchased
the product or it has
been left unused for
more than 3 months.
The battery has
reached the end of
its life cycle.
Charging time was
insufficient.
There is dirt stuck in the
jet tip.
The jet tip is deformed.
There is dirt stuck in
the filter.
The tank is empty.
The product is tilted too
much while in use.
SOLUTION
Charge the unit for
about 4 hours.
Contact service
center for support.
Charge the unit for
about 4 hours.
Replace the jet tip.
Clean the filter or
purchase the filter
separately.
Fill up tank.
Use the product in a
vertical state.
