Put the t-shirt on
You can wear the t-shirt without having to wash it first.
The t-shirt must be worn directly on the skin.
Check that the t-shirt is right-side-out (electrodes in direct contact with the

skin) and that the t-shirt's zipper is undone.

Pass your left arm through the hole, opposite the zipper

Slipt the t-shirt over your head (the red seam indicates the collar)

Close the t-shirt's zipper from bottom to top (on your right-hand-side)
Make sure the electrodes are properly positoned and the t-shirt has a tight

fitting:
The t-shirt is the right size and
The electrodes should be located just above the chest and should be stuck to the
skin when you stand straight.
