INTA
Port 1 has a pending IRQ.
Note: Used when both ports are sharing the same IRQ line. The interrupt service routine must be able
to read this register to determine which port needs servicing.

PRT2_LB
Connects RS-232 signals from transceiver 2 to UART 2. Mainly for testing the boards
functions. Only TX, RX, RTS, CTS, DTR, and DSR are connected.
PRT1_LB
Connects RS-232 signals from transceiver 1 to UART 1. Mainly for testing the boards
functions. Only TX, RX, RTS, and CTS are connected.
