The correct camera driver is not available

Problem: During the installation of the camera driver, the correct entry

is not yet available on your computer.

Solution: Install the software again. Do the following:

The camera was not selected

Problem: The camera was not selected during the installation of your software.

Solution: Install the software again. To do this, follow the instructions in chapter 4.3

on page 16.

6.2.4

The operating system is not suitable

Problem: You can't operate the camera with your operating system.

Solution: Check whether your computer's operating system is listed on page 11 of

the "System requirements for the computer" chapter.

If the operating system doesn't support the camera, use another one (or update the

Service Pack), if this is possible without any other problems.

Only change the operating system after consulting an IT specialist!

The installation of a new operating system can lead to the loss of data and is there-

fore not recommended until all other possibilities have been eliminated. If you have

any questions, please contact your company's authorized IT specialist or Olympus

Soft Imaging Solutions Customer Service (see chapter 6.6.2 on page 28)!

Disconnect the camera and the computer by pulling out the USB plug.

Repeat the steps of the installation instructions. To do this, follow the instruc-

tions on page 16. Please be sure that you select the manufacturer
