TO TRANSFER RECORDINGS
- to PC or Laptop
Create a new folder in

computer naming it Lectures
and sub-folders as required
Slide HOLD button up to on

position
Detach battery compartment

by pressing RELEASE button
and pulling section downward.
Connect to PC or Laptop via

USB connection
Go to My Computer and
choose REMOVABLE DISK
The following folders will be
displayed on monitor:

DSS_FLDA = Folder A
DSS_FLDB = Folder B
DSS_FLDC = Folder C
DSS_FLDD = Folder D
DSS_FLDE = Folder E
Double click on Folder

Right click on file name

Click COPY
Select folder named LECTURES

and sub-folder, if applicable
Click PASTE & wait for transfer to

complete
SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE process MUST be carried out
IMPORTANT
Before disconnecting recorder from computer
TO ERASE RECORDINGS
- from voice recorder
Slide hold button down to off

position
Select folder A B C D or E by

pressing FOLDER INDEX button.
Select file by pressing arrow keys

on main button on front of
recorder
Press ERASE button on front of

recorder
Choose ERASE on screen by

pressing + key on main button on
front of recorder

Press OK
TO PLAY RECORDING
on PC or Laptop
Double click on file.

Media Player will automatically
play recording
Follow instructions on screen to

adjust VOLUME & STOP
