Step 4: insert and glue (Loctite 410 is recommended) the cap stand into the cap. The cap stand is to
increase the grip onto the handle.
Step 5: Use handle plastic covers to wrap the handle bar and the cap. Apply glue (Loctite 410 is
recommended) between the handle plastic covers and cap. be sure to leave the plate wire out. Put on
screws to fasten the plastic covers.
Step 6: Connect the plate wire to the plate and then install the plate on the handle plastic covers.
