15. Remove the mattress

Slide the support stay bars at front and rear
until under location lugs. Refit the liner and
mattress.
18. Operation of the canopy
Pull up the handle as illustrated until the two
grey latching buttons (arrowed) engage with
a positive "click". Check that the handle is
secure before placing your baby into the
carrycot.

19. To lower the canopy
Depress both grey latching buttons as
shown before attempting to rotate the hood
handle.
20 & 21. Attaching carrycot to chassi
Lower the carrycot as shown ensuring both
side grey side buttons latch into place. En-
sure securely positioned by pulling up on
the handle. Pull down the stabilizer bar and
lock onto the basket bar as shown.
Warning! Check that the pram body or seat
unit attachment devices are correctly enga-
ged before use.
Warning! The Crescent trike carrycot is only suitable

for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and
cannot push itself up on its hands and knees.
Max weight of the child is 9kg (approx 6 months)
Warning! Do not let other children play unattended
near the carrycot.
Warning! Do not use if any part is broken or missing.
Warning! never use a mattress thicker than 30mm.
This will reduce the effective height inside of the
carrycot to less than 150mm.
When a mattress is purchased separately it should
conform to BS1877-part 10 :1997.

22. Removal of carrycot
Release and store the stabilizer bar.
Depress each grey side button as shown,
whilst lifting up gently and simultaneously
holding handle. Pull up and clear of chassis
once both sides are released.
Carrycot cleaning information
The exterior of the carrycot, hood and
apron of the Crescent trike carrycot may be
cleaned with a damp cloth.
The lining and cover must be washed by
hand using a soft detergent at a maximum
temperature of 30 degrees (see instructions
on washing label). Do not place in washing
machine or tumble-dryer!

Important:
1. Use only on a firm, horizontal, level and
dry surface.
2. The handles and the bottom of the
carrycots should be inspected regularly for
signs of damage and wear.
3. Be aware of the risk of open fire and
other source of strong heat, such as
electric bar fires, gas fires etc, in the vicinity
of the carry cot.
4. The trike carrycot is not a safe means of
transport by car and should NEVER be used
as such. Use an approved car safety seat
for transport by car.
