EPG
What is EPG?
An "EPG (Electronic Programme Guide)" is a
programme schedule, which is displayed on the TV
screen. The EPG is broadcasted together with DTV.
The TV screen shows the EPG when the viewer
presses EPG on the remote control, provided that the
TV is receiving the digital broadcasting signal. The EPG
enables you to search for a programme and view the
programme schedule in detail.
Basic Operation
H Display the EPG screen

Press EPG.

NOTE
• The description of the selected programme will be
displayed below the list. If the description contains more
than one page, press
H Close the EPG screen

Press EPG again or MENU to exit.
NOTE
• For "New Zealand delivery model", the EPG screen and
operation differ due to the use of MHEG EPG. The EPG
screen and operation vary depending on the broadcasts.

Using the type fi lter
You can use the type fi lter to select your preferred
programme type and have them listed together on the
programme list.

Press EPG.

Press B to open the type fi lter list.

Press a / b to highlight multiple programme
types, and press ENTER to select them.
A check mark will be displayed.

Press B to close the type fi lter list and view the
programme list of selected types.
NOTE
• For "New Zealand delivery model", the displayed
type list is different.
