4. Connect the ground wire from the DIN-AP4 to the metal mounting bracket.
a. Remove and retain the ground screw from the DIN-AP4.
b. Use a Phillips screwdriver to secure the ground wire with the retained ground screw
from step 5. Tighten to 9 in.-lbs (1.02 nm).
c. Layer a screw, flat washer, and lock washer (all included with the
CAEN-UMP1X2-DIN-PWS) over the UMP1X2 plate grounding hole as shown below.
d. Use a Phillips screwdriver to secure the screw to the UMP1X2 plate. Tighten to
9 in.-lbs (1.02 nm).
Mount the Plate to an Enclosure
To mount the CAEN-UMP1X2-DIN-PWS to a CAEN, CAEN-MLO, or CAENIB automation
enclosure (sold separately):
