code of the SFC53 is stored in
#WD_REC_STATUS.
In the instance DB of FB20, the error

#RD_REC_STATUS.
In the instance DB of FB20, the error
code of the SFC24 is stored in
#TEST_DB_1_STATUS. If it is 0, the
DB is empty or write protected.
In the instance DB of FB20, the error
