To Transfer a call directly to voice mail:
During a call,
Press more and then press BlndXfr soft key.
Dial *125 and the extension you want to transfer the
call.
And press the dial softkey.
To Place a conference call:
During a call, press the more > Confrn soft keys to
open a new line and put the first party on hold.
Place a call to another number. Dial the number you
wish to conference.
When the call connects, press the Join soft key to add
the new party to the existing call with the first party.
Press EndCall soft key to end the call. But both parties
will remain on the call.
To forward all calls to another number:
Press the CFwdALL soft key.
Enter your desired destination
Press Accept soft key.
To cancel the call forwarding, press the CFwdALL soft

To view or dial – missed / received / placed
calls:
Press the directories button.
Press the Scroll key to select desired call history
options: Missed calls, Received calls, or Corporate
Directory.
Press the Select soft key to display the selected call
history list.
Press the Scroll key to scroll through the numbers
listed in the selected history list.
If desired, press the Dial soft key to speed dial the
highlighted number from the call history list.
You might need to use the Edit soft key to add
digits to the number.
To mute a call:
Press the mute button. To disengage mute, press
Mute again or lift the handset.
Voicemail
To access you voice mail:
Press the Messages button. Or dial *123.
Enter your voicemail pin.
To access you voice mail using a different
extension:
Using a different phone dial *124.
Enter your voicemail box you want to access.
Enter the voice mail pin.
To record Unavailable voicemail greeting:
Press the Messages button.
Enter your voicemail pin.
Press 0 for mailbox option.
Press 1 to record your unavailable message.
To manage temporary voicemail greeting:
The temporary greeting normally used for holidays
and vacation. This recording can be deleted and will
return back to the normal greeting.
Press the Messages button.
Enter your voicemail pin.
Press 0 for mailbox option.
Press 4 to manage your temporary greeting.
To change voicemail pin:
Press the Messages button.
Enter your voicemail pin.
Press 0 for mailbox option.
Press 5 to change your pin.
Volume and Ringer Sound
To adjust the ringer volume:
Press the up or down volume button while the
handset is in its cradle.
To change the ringer sound:
Press the Settings button.
Press 2 for Ring type.
Use the Navigation button to scroll through the ring
type and press the Play soft key to hear samples.
Highlight the ring you want, then press the Select soft
key.
Press the OK and save soft keys.
To adjust the headset, speakerphone and
handset volume:
During a call, press the up or down Volume button
Press the Save soft key to apply the new volume level
to future calls.
