In the event of a paper mis-feed, toner or replacement
situation, etc., the animated Guidance provides clear,
step-by-step instructions for important operations. It is
important that you follow the step by step guides for
clearing/removing paper from the copier. Remove the
paper in the alphabetical and numerical order shown.
Always remove paper in a straight path to avoid paper
tearing which will cause further paper jams.
The Animated Guidance function, step-by-step feature
ensures smooth operation at all times.
Additional instructions are also located inside the door
of the copier, the finisher and toner replacement bottle.
