FIT B A SIN SPOUT
Install basin spout

to basin/
bench ensuring washer & seal
ring

are fitted to the
107509
centre outlet hole.
NOTE: For O-ring identification
please refer to the O-ring
Template.
FIT 'T' PIEC E
Measure basin tap hole centres
and cut the 'T' piece

to
required length to suit bodies

and fit the two O-rings
(6)
with
silicon based grease to the centre
spigot on the copper 'T' piece.
FIT B OD Y ASSEMB LY
Fit body assembly

to basin/
bench top ensuring that the back
nut & washer

&

are fitted
prior to assembly.
Fit body nut

from the top
of basin / bench top ensuring
sealing O-ring
(8)
is fitted to
seal the top of basin / bench top
opening.
Tighten nut

onto body
assembly

Fit O-ring
to spline

apply silicon based grease.
Seal around tap bodies with
approved sealant to ensure

the basin top is water tight,

tighten all back nuts fitted to
underside.
Fit O-ring

to underside
of dress flange

and use

flange nut

to tighten down
over body assembly (7). Ensure
alignment of square flanges.
Fit nylon snap connector
to spindle shaft and secure with
locating screw (16).
Do not over tighten this
screw!
Ensure O-ring (17) on spline is
lubricated prior to engaging!

Possition spline

Insert handle

and align with flange

Use one grub screw

fasten handle to spline

then remove handle & spline
and add remaining 2 grub

screws (19).

Press fit handle and spline
to nylon snap connector

untill it clicks ensuring
alignment of handle to flange
approved silicon based grease to avoid
and 'H' & 'C' indicators.
