Search known bugs
To find out whether the problem you are experiencing with your video system is a known issue and
has a known solution, please check the Cisco web site for known bugs. Go to:

To locate known bugs for your product and software version you can either search by product, by a
keyword search or by selecting you product from the product category list. To locate your product
from the list, do the following:
