1 INTRODUCTION

Dear Customer,

The sensor box is an optional accessory specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the

R25-R35-R50-R55 inverters manufactured by Fimer , and it is marketed by Fimer. This document

is a supplement to the User Manual for PV inverters.

Please read and observe the safety information and danger notices contained in that manual. A

complete version of the User Manual for the inverters can be found on the CD supplied with each

inverter. Furthermore, we ask you to read and observe the handling instructions given in the manual

supplied with the SI sensor from Mencke&Tegtmeyer.

Please comply with all instructions and information of relevance to and essential when handling

pieces of technical equipment.

2 Accessories and Installation devices

3 Mounting of sensor

The sensor has two mounting tabs, one on either side, each with three holes for a M6 screw. One

screw and one washer are required on each side. Select a suitable substructure to mount the sensor

to. Make sure you do not damage the pressure-compensation element.

We recommend that you mount the sensor with the cable leading away from the bottom of the

housing.
