3.- INSTALLATION

3.1.- PLACEMENT OF THE MACHINE

• Before proceeding to its use, protective plastics should be removed

from stainless steel.

• Position the appliance on a sufficiently wide and stable support surface.

• Do not place any obstacle (wall, machine, etc.) near the appliance.

It is advisable to install the appliance under an extraction hood that sucks the

vapors produced by cooking.

In the case that the appliance should be installed near walls, partitions, kit-

chen furniture, etc., it is recommended that they be made of non-flammable

material, otherwise they should be covered with non-flammable thermal in-

sulation material.

3.2.- ELECTRIC CONNECTION

The appliance is provided with an electric cable that must be connected

to a general switch equipped with a thermal magnet that protects the

user from possible accidental contacts or due to alterations of the ma-

chine.

It is mandatory to make a good grounding connection according to re-

gulations.

(This connection must be made by specialized personnel).

ALL OBSERVATIONS OF THE PROVISIONS FOR THE PREVENTION

damages that are verified due to the non-observance of the instructions

for the installation and for the use or in case of improper use. The ma-

nufacturer does not assume any warranty commitment for a connection

that has not been made in accordance with the regulations in force.
