5. DIAGNOSIS
5.1 TROUBLE SHOOTING
No sound from Speaker.
Is the LED is glowing blue?
Yes
Is the reference voltage correct?
Yes
Is the signal on
Isolator output?
Yes
Is the signal on
AMP input?
Yes
Circuit is defective in AMP.

Cause
1No sound in ALch
Defective the parts from Q132 to Q142.
2No sound in ARch
Defective the parts from Q232 to Q242.
3No sound in BLch
Defective the parts from Q332 to Q342.
4No sound in BRch
Defective the parts from Q432 to Q442.

Cause
1Speaker OUT has been detected DC voltage
Defective Q141/142, Q241/242, Q341/342, Q441/442,
and the circuit around near these parts.
2Speaker OUT is short-circuited
Defective Q141/142, Q241/242, Q341/342, Q441/442,
and the circuit around near these parts.
3Over-temperature detection circuit is functioning or
malfunction.
Defective TH1/2 and the circuit around near this parts.
4Overvoltage detection circuit is functioning or malfunction.
Defective R2/3 and the circuit around near this parts.
Cause
1Not be able to detect the voltage about +15V in (+) side on
C35 Defective DZ2, R38/39, and the circuit around near
these parts.
2Not be able to detect the voltage about -15V in (-) side on
C36 Defective DZ1, R36/37, and the circuit around near
these parts.
Cause
1No sound in ALch -> Check whether there is no signal
in IC2(7pin) or not
Defective IC2 and the circuit between power supply and it.
2No sound in ARch -> Check whether there is no signal
in IC2(1pin) or not
Defective IC2 and the circuit between power supply and it.
3No sound in BLch -> Check whether there is no signal
in IC7(1pin) or not
Defective IC7 and the circuit between power supply and it.
4No sound in BRch -> Check whether there is no signal
in IC7(7pin) or not
Defective IC7 and the circuit between power supply and it.
Cause
1No sound in ALch -> Check whether there is no signal
in (+) side at C130 or not
Defective the circuit between power supply and it.
2No sound in ARch -> Check whether there is no signal
in (+) side at C230 or not
Defective the circuit between power supply and it.
3No sound in BLch -> Check whether there is no signal
in (+) side at C330 or not
Defective the circuit between power supply and it.
4No sound in BRch -> Check whether there is no signal
in (+) side at C430 or not
Defective the circuit between power supply and it.
