What to do in the event
of problems

SERVICE CALLS
Any repairs to your appliance must be made by a qualified
professional, authorised to work on the brand. When you call,
provide your appliance's complete reference information
(model, type, serial number). This information appears on the
manufacturer's nameplate (Fig.1).

Display does not light.
The bulb is not
working.
Water or steam leak
around the door
during cooking.
In all situations, if you cannot solve the problem yourself,
contact the After-Sales Service Department without delay.

Oven not connected
to a power source.
Electronic board not
functioning.
Bulb has blown.
The
oven
is
not
connected.
The fuse has blown.
The
door
is
not
properly closed.
The door seal is
defective.

- Check that the
appliance is receiving
electricity (fuse OK).
