TIP:

Before removing

the

bolts @, turn the

out-

board motor completely to porl or starboard.

REMOVAL

Remove:

Steering bracket cover

2. Remove:

CliP @

Washer @

Shift lever

Grommet

Bemove:

Engine shut-off switch lead

TIP:

Disconnect the engine shut-off switch connec-

tor (white lead) and remove

from the holders.
