Easy Strawberry Soft Serve
5 1/4 oz. red strawberries (very ripe) or frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
Place strawberries, granulated sugar, vanilla, and whole milk in a blender jar or
food processor and blend on high speed until completely smooth and
homogenous, about 60 seconds. Pour into a bowl and stir in heavy cream.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 4
hours.
When the mixture has chilled and the mixing canister is completely frozen, follow
the mixing instructions in the How To Use section of this manual.
