Sauté-Then-Simmer™: Let's you sauté your ingredients
and automatically switches to simmer once liquid is

Delay Timer: Allows you to delay the time the pressure
cooker will begin to cook.
Cooking Timer (HOUR/MINUTE): Personalize the cook
time to allow for adding and removing cooking time.
