TROUBLESHOOTING

Here are some tips to try if your dehumidifier isn't working properly.

Problem

Dehumidifier won't turn

on or buttons not

working

Dehumidifier runs but

the humidity level does

not decrease.

Dehumidifier stopped

working and the light is

flashing.

Water leaks down on the

floor.

Noise

If your problem isn't listed in the above table, please contact customer support at

Possible Cause

No electricity.

The power adapter is not

properly plugged in.

The water tank is full.

Air inlet or outlet is blocked.

Doors and windows are open,

letting in new moisture.

There are other sources of

humidity in the room

(e.g. boiling water).

The temperature in the room is

too low.

Insufficient time for the

dehumidifier to remove

moisture.

The water tanks is full.

The dehumidifier is placed on an

uneven surface, so water drips

out of the tank.

Fan is working.

Possible Solution

Check for power.

Remove and reconnect the

power adapter.

Drain the collected water.

Remove blockage.

Make sure all doors and

windows are closed.

Prevent the humidity

sources in the room.

The dehumidifier is designed

to operate between 15oC and

32oC. Moisture removal is

greatly reduced if room

temperatures exceed this

temperature range.

After initial operation,

allow few hours to maintain

desired dryness.

Empty the water rank.

Place the dehumidifier on

an even level surface.

Wind from the fan can

create sounds during

operation. This is normal.
