Recommended Solution
 Check power supply
 Check power plug is connected
properly
 Check water tap is turned on
 Check if time delay setting is ON
 Check if the top cover is closed
properly
 Check if drain hose is installed
properly
 Check if Child Lock or Time Delay
setting is ON
 Restart the washing machine
 Check if the inlet water pipe joint
size fits the tap
 Check inlet water pipe joint and
water hose are tightened properly
 Check if there are any foreign
objects causing obstruction at the
drain valve
 Check if washing machine
installation is stable
 Check if there are any foreign
objects in the tub
 Check if the filter cover is not
installed properly
 Check washing load is not above the
washing capacity
 Check washing detergent and water
level is enough for washing load
 Clothes are not put properly in the
tub for rinse. Washing machine will
auto adjust and start rinse again. If
fail after 2 repeat cycles, alarm will
sound, and rinse operation will stop
 Do not open top cover during rinse
cycle. Alarm will sound and error
code E3 display
