Changing Filter Bag and/or Cartridge
Check and clean the filter cartridge/bag regularly.
Replace as needed.
1. Pull out handle of locking strap to release and
remove locking strap.
2. Remove motor housing with filter cartridge/bag
by lifting the top handle.
3. Slide filter cartridge with bag off motor.
4. Remove bag from cartridge. Place new bag
over cartridge, folding the bag excess inside the
cartridge.
5. Slide cartridge with new bag onto motor until
snug.
6. Replace motor housing with filter cartridge/
bagon to the collection canister and lock in place
with the locking strap.
Lubrication
The sealed bearings in the motor have been
permanently lubricated at the factory. They
require no further lubrication.
13. Transport
Turn off the power tool before any transport and
disconnect it from the power supply.
The machine must only be lifted and transported
on its top handle. Never lift the machine at the
suction hose or the power cord.
14. Maintenance
Servicing
Pull the mains plug before any adjustments,
maintenance or repair.
Have any work on the device that is not described in
this instruction guide performed by a professional.
Only use original parts. Allow the device to cool off
before any maintenance or cleaning is undertaken.
There is a risk of burning!
Always check the device before using it for obvious
defects such as loose, worn or damaged parts, correct
the positioning of screws or other parts. Exchange the
damaged parts.
Cleaning
Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents. Chemical
substances can etch the plastic parts of the device.
Never clean the device under running water.
• Thoroughly clean the device after every use.
• Clean the ventilation openings and the surface of
the device with a soft brush or cloth.
• Remove chips, dust and dirt with a vacuum cleaner
if necessary.
15. Storage
Danger! Store the Dust Collector a way
it cannot be started by unauthorised
persons and that nobody can be injured.
Caution! Do not store the Dust Collector
unprotected outdoors or in a moist
environment.
Store the equipment and accessories in a dark and dry
place at above freezing temperature.
The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30°C.
Store the electric tool in its original packaging. Cover
the electric tool in order to protect it from dust and
moisture.
Store the operating manual with the electrical tool.
