Prepare the Camera for Installation

Peel off the protective mount cover.

Find a location which does not obstruct your view when driving.

It is recommended to place the camera behind the rearview mirror

without blocking either lenses or camera functions.

DOD Tech recommends to place the rear cam at the top center of

your rear glass for best images and shortest hanging wires after

installation.

Adjust the Angle

Mounts that have an adjustable ball joint can be loosened/tighten

with the plastic locking nut.

Angle your camera slightly below the horizon line to minimize

glare.

Rear camera can be adjusted by twist motion to aim upwards or

downwards to suit the angle of your rear glass.
