Multiple Inputs Allows Mutiple Audio Source Inputs
For instance: If you setup your TV's optical digital cable connected to Input
1 on the ZVOX speaker, you can also connect to the 2nd optical input for a
2nd close by TV setup or the 3rd source for output from the ZVOX speaker's
RCA Input, this allows you listen to a music-only sources without needing the
TV on. This could be music from a smartphone, tablet, a disc player or the
"music only" channels from a cable or satellite set top box or computer.
When ready to hear an alternative audio source connected to Input 2 or 3
press the INPUT button on the ZVOX remote to cycle the audio inputs. A
digital signal source will appear as "In1d or In2d" and an analog signal source
will appear as "In2A".
Auto On/Off Operation
As delivered, the SB380 will turn ON and OFF automatically in response to
the audio signal from the TV and manually respond with the POWER button
on the ZVOX remote. This feature is enabled out of the box. A weak enough
audio signal may cause this feature to go off every 20 minutes. If you do not
want the SB380 to automatically turn off in response to the TV's audio signal,
the feature can be easily disabled.
To Disable or Enable Auto On/Standby feature: While the speaker is ON,
press and hold the power button on the ZVOX remote for 5 seconds, "NoAs"
will appear on the display indicating the feature is disabled, release the power
button. The system should not shut down automatically ("AS" indicates the
feature is enabled).
