Replace Chair Shell with or
without Back Cushion
1.
Remove the seat cushion assembly from current chair
per "Replace Seat Cushion" on page 2.
2.
Install two (2) star washers with screw provided onto
all five (5) emboss locations in the new chair shell.
NOTE: Star washers need to taper downward when
installed onto new chair shell.
3.
Install the seat cushion assembly from current chair
on new chair shell per "Replace Seat Cushion" on page 2.
4.
If current chair has a back cushion, remove and install
per "Replace Back Cushion" on page 3.
5.
Using a mallet, remove the old chair shell.
6.
Install new chair shell onto the chair cylinder.
NOTE: Sit in chair to make sure there is a good connection
between the taper of the cylinder and the chair shell.
