INSTALLATION MANUAL

WARNING:

Safety is guaranteed is these instructions are followed and

therefore they must be kept. Installation may require the

involvement of qualified personnel. Before proceeding with

installation of the device ensure that the environmental

conditions are in compliance with and suitable for the

product characteristics. Before any operation on the device

disconnect mains power.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Main Voltage: 100-240V

Frequency: 50÷60Hz

Power in exit: 100Watt (100-120V) - 150 Watt (220-240V)

INSTALLATION:

- The SIMPLY SENSOR may be built-in (fig.2-3) or projecting

(fig. 4-5-6). Depending on the type of application, make the

holes, as shown in the same figures, on the support surface

for the passage of the cables and for fastening the supports.

- In the version with a projecting horizontal support (fig.4)

fasten the hook (6) to the support surface, pass the sensor

cable (11) through the hole Ø 10, fasten the support (5) to

the hook (6).

- In versions with a protecting vertical support (fig. 5-6) fasten

the support (2) to the support surface, pass the sensor cable

(11) through the hole Ø 10 and insert the sensor support (3)

in the projecting supports (2).

- In built-in versions (fig.2-3) pass the cable (11) through the

hole Ø 13 or Ø 35 (depending on the model) and insert the

sensor in the hole itself.

- Insert the connector (7) in the SIMPLY SENSOR body (8).

- Fix the SIMPLY SENSOR (8) on the installation surface.

- Connect the socket (9) of the SIMPLY SENSOR to the

lighting appliance to be commanded.

- Connect the plug (10) of the SIMPLY SENSOR to the net

100-240V.

ATTENTION:

possible malfunctions could be caused by reflecting white

objects, bright surfaces or mirror surfaces.

Make sure that the environmental conditions in which the

instrument is installed are suitable.

OPERATION:

- The turning on and off happens simply approaching the

hand to the sensor (1) to a distance of at least 6cm.
