8. TROUBLESHOTING

Symptom

Operator does not run

After the manual chain has been used the

operator does not work after pushing the

buttons of control post or remote control

Operator stops suddenly

Door does not open/close fully

Possible reason

Power is off

Obstruction to the door movement

Bad connection of electric wires

The operator is released

Return in the original position was not

executed

The door is not balanced

The operator's thermal protection works

Wrong adjustment of limit switches

TROUBLESHOTING

Possible solution

Make sure, that the power is on

Remove the obstruction

Check reliability of electric wiring

connection

Engage the operator

Pull the reducer chain to resume operation

Balance the door

Let the operator cool

Adjust limit switches
