5. Operating principles heater
Heater "DAFI" correctly installed and used in accordance with the
intended use is completely safe to use. Prior to installation of the heater
and commissioning observe the following conditions:
- heater may not be installed in rooms where the temperature
drops below 1°C,
- do not leave damaged or mounted heater, connected to power,
- use electric cables with a cross section corresponding to the nominal
rated current of the heater (see also p. 6.2 of the manual),
- observe the connection sequence,
- before connecting the heater to the power source is imperative to
check whether the heater is vented (see point. 7.1.h instructions),
- prohibits the use of damaged or faulty device,
- it prohibits the installation of the heater in the showers.
Any use of the heater DAFI contrary to its intended purpose means
that the manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused. The
manufacturer does not take responsibility for the damages and
consequences resulting from unauthorized alterations and repair heater.
6. The order of connection to the plumbing and electrical
Water Heater DAFI must first connect to the water system. It was
only after venting the water system and the heater unit can be connected
to the electrical system.
6.1 Connection to the water supply system
DAFI heaters are devices low pressure and can work in networks of
water with a pressure of not less than 100 000 Pa and not more than 600
000 Pa. This may be a plumbing municipal or local pressure booster
system with a single-family housing.
In the case of fluctuations in water pressure caused by,
among others, by the use of automatic
installed near the heater and the increase in water pressure
area. 600 000 Pa must install a pressure reducer.
WARNING - Do not operate the heater if there is a possibility
that the water in the heater is frozen.
6.2 The connection to the electrical system
The heater with power above 3.7 kW must be permanently
connected to the electrical system having a ground terminal.
