Periodic Inspection

● Periodic inspections are conducted periodically about

once a year.

● In the periodic inspection, check the daily inspection

points and remove each part according to the following

and check the condition of each part.

Philips screwdriver, wrenches, etc.

Required Tool

Check the screws used for each part for damage of the

cross-recess, deformation of the screws, and rust. If any

abnormality is found, replace the screws with new ones.

① Check the screws on the buckle

The screws (3 locations) on the back of the

buckle should not be missing or loose.

③ Check the lower cover fixing screws

Remove the top cover from the frame.

If any issues are found during inspection,

immediately discontinue the usage and contact

sales agent to request service.

Be sure to tighten the screws by hand.

The plastic part may be damaged if power tools

are used.

② Check the upper cover fixing screws

Remove the head cushion and check the

upper cover fixing screws and washers (2

locations) are not missing or loose, and

then remove the screws.

After checking the lower cover fixing screws

[2 locations ] are not loose, and then

remove the screws.
