2 Installation
Please be noted the potential risk before the installation,
follow the safety instructions 0.1-0.7
2.1 Placement
The pump should be set up on a flat(on less than 10 degree gradient)and firm surface,cause oblique installation
may result in pump's vibration, high noise or even damage. And the pump must be lower than the machine, in
order to prevent siphonage.
And please be noted that the ambient temperature should be between 12℃~45℃(55℉~113℉)
If the installation site is higher than sea level 1000m, or the humidity is higher than 90%, please contact with us
first.
2.2 Application
TSVP® T SERIES VACUUM PUMP
can only pump gas,to achieve the high vacuum of the vessel.
We do not suggest to pump the gas contains dust, but if you have to,please add some protection device, or you can
contact with us, our technician can offer some suggestion for you.
If the gas contains high moisture content,we suggest to equip the liquid separator before&after the pump, and also
open the gas ballasting.
Do not pump any of the following:
Radioactive substances
Toxic substances
Flammable substances
Corrosive substances
Oxygen(concentration>21%) or other high-activity gas
Fluid or any dustiness gas
