Heavy Duty Long Arm Riveter
IMPORTANT
Read these instructions carefully before installing, operating, servicing or repairing this tool. Keep
these instructions in a safe accessible place.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
This tool is a "short" long arm riveter which can operate up to 3/16" (4.8 mm) stainless steel rivets
The tool have shorter handle with double compound hinges that maximize leverage and taking the
hard work out of setting large diameter blind rivets. It is ideal for working in hard-to-reach area. The
jaws made of Cr-Mo steel provides long lasting tool life.
INTENDED USE
Do not use the tool outside of the design intent. Never modify the tool for any other purpose.

Always wear ANSI approved goggles when using this product.
Always select the correct accessories of the correct size and design for the job that you are
attempting to perform.
Always work in a clean, safe, well-lit, organized and adequately equipped area.
Do not begin repairs without assurance that vehicle is in secure position, and will not move during
repair.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check if all parts are included. If any parts are missing or damaged, please call your
distributor.
DELIVERY
The heavy duty riveter has 4 different size nose pieces to fit the following size rivets:
2.4mm (3/32"), 3.2mm (1/8"), 4.0mm (5/32") and 4.8mm (3/16")
They are located 2 on each side of the handles. This set should also include a nose piece wrench. All
components can be seen on fig.1.
