LEARNING TOWER ASSEMBLY - GUARD RAILS

ASSEMBLY

1a. Align the Right Guard Rail

Frame (1), Wood Dowel

(E), Top Guard Rails (3)

both front and back, and

another Wood Dowel (E)

and Left Guard Rail Frame

(2) as shown in the

diagram. Also, include the

Barrel Nuts (D) at both the

end of the Top Guard

Rails from below.

1b. Secure them with the

Allen Head Bolt 2-1/8" (A)

on all the top four corners

as depicted with the help

of Allen Key (F) provided.

1c. Similarly, assemble the

Bottom Guard Rail (6) with

the help of Wood Dowels

(E) on both the ends,

secure the Barrel Nuts (D)

from behind the Bottom

Guard Rail (6), as shown

in the diagram.

LEARNING TOWER ASSEMBLY - PLATFORM AND

SAFETY RAIL ASSEMBLY

2a. Align the Platform (7) at the

bottom of the Right and Left

Guard Rail Frames (1 and 2).

2b. Attach both with the Allen

Head Bolt 1-3/16" (C) at all

the four corners of the

platform to the Guard Rail

Frames.

2c. Locate the holes at the

(E)

center of the Right and Left

(D)

Guard Rails. Simply insert

the Safety Rail (12), and turn

it towards the inside to

secure it in place. Refer the

diagram.
