Operation
1. If the cardboard to be processed is wider than
the Greenwave 410 infeed (16"), the excess will
be trimmed automatically (Fig. 3).
2. To choose a custom width, adjust the cutting
guide based on the side trim measuring scale
(Fig. 1). Loosen the knob, slide the guide to the
chosen width, then tighten the knob.
3. Set main switch to the "START/-" position (Fig.
2). The perforating blades will begin moving.
4. Feed the cardboard into the infeed slot (Fig. 3).
The cardboard will be perforated and exit
through the rear of the machine (inset).
5. To turn off the perforating mechanism, set the
main switch to the "STOP/O" position (Fig. 2).
6. In case of a jam, press "REV/
switch (Fig. 2). The perforating blades will
reverse to remove the jammed material.
Check the material thickness, and re-feed if
necessary.
User Maintenance
Wipe the exterior cabinet with a damp cloth. Do NOT use solvents. A mild detergent, such as one designed for windows
or countertops works very well, and will not harm the exterior surface.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting your service provider, please check:
Is the power cord plugged in? Is the power source the correct voltage?
Is the device power switch turned on?
Is the motor overloaded? If so, allow the motor to cool down for approximately 15-20 minutes.
