Prepare the upper mattress base board (X).

Fit the ﬁrst base board (X) at the top of the support arms .

Fit the two metal connection

plates (n) to the edge of the board

(X) using bolt sets (I, b & c).

Please do not tighten yet.

as shown

Lay the base board

onto the support bars

carefully sliding the

studs through the

upper holes. Using

two nut sets on each

side (i, b & c),

connect the threaded

studs loosely to the

bars. Please do not

tighten 100% yet.
